As your dietitian, nutritionist and wellness coach we can tailor a diet that will help you to adjust your lifestyle choices based on your needs.
The amount of conflicting information is far too much, which can make the process of losing weight confusing and complicated. One does not know where to begin or who to believe resulting in an on-going rollercoaster ride of weight fluctuation- going up and down, with no end in sight.
The human body is unique and complex, and it’s our job to work out what your body needs to perform at its best. We will then come up with an individual eating plan that is not only beneficial and nutritious, but also enjoyable, and sustainable. The beauty behind our small concierge practice, with one-on-one coaching, is that we have the time to get to know you, which enables us to understand your personal needs and concerns.
The complexities of traveling, eating out and on-going social engagements make losing weight that much more harder, but we will help you to navigate around these very difficult situations. We need to address daily life activities like your sleep patterns, stress levels, daily exercise, daily water consumption, relationships and the work environment.
