Achari Grilled Paneer With Green Mash

  1. Cottage Cheese 150 g
  2. Indian pickle 1 TSP
  3. Ajwain 1/2 TSP
  4. Roasted Cumin Powder 1/4 TSP
  5. Curd 15 ml
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 TSP
  7. Pinch of Turmeric Powder 
  8. Salt to Taste

Green Mash

  1. Mixed green leafy Vegetables 75 gms
  2. Onion 10 gms
  3. Garlic 10 gms
  4. fresh Herbs 1/2 TSP
  5. Butter 15 ml


  1. Marinate the cottage cheese with all the given ingredients except oil and ajwain.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add ajwain seeds, once they start crackling, add the marinated paneer and grill it from both sides.
  3. In another pan, heat some oil, add the garlic and onion. saute bit and add the green leafy vegetables.
  4. Cook for a few minutes then add herbs and seasoning.
  5. Serve the grilled paneer with green chutney to add more flavours.
  6. Enjoy!
