Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup Blueberries
  2. 1/2 cup Powdered erythritol (or any sweetener – to taste)
  3. 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  4. 1/4 cup Full-fat coconut cream

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender to make a smooth puree.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Freeze for about 4 hours, until solid.
  5. Your ice pops are ready to enjoy.
