Buffalo chicken tenders

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 lb. chicken breast tenders
  2. 1 cup almond flour
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  5. 5 oz. buffalo sauce
  6. salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 325 F
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper and almond flour
  • Beat 1 egg with heavy cream
  • Dip each tender in the egg and then into seasoned
  • almond flour
  • Place tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 25
  • minutes or until crispy
  • Remove and serve
