INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. chicken breast tenders
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 5 oz. buffalo sauce
- salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325 F
- Season chicken with salt, pepper and almond flour
- Beat 1 egg with heavy cream
- Dip each tender in the egg and then into seasoned
- almond flour
- Place tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 25
- minutes or until crispy
- Remove and serveÂ
