Ingredients

  1. Eggs – 2
  2. Fresh or dried mixed herbs – 1/4 tsp
  3. Fresh Basil – few leaves
  4. Chilli flakes – to taste
  5. Salt – to taste
  6. Grated Cheese – 50 gms
  7. Olive Oil – 5ml

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs and all other ingredients together except the cheese and oil.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and pour the beaten egg mixture. Reduce the flame to minimum.
  3. Cover it and leave till the egg mixture is set. Sprinkle the grated cheese over one half of the omelette and fold the other half.
  4. Leave it on the pan for a little more time and serve hot.
