Cinnamon smoothie

INGREDIENT

  1. ½ cup coconut milk
  2. ½ cup water
  3. 2 ice cubes
  4. 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  5. ½ tsp cinnamon
  6. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  7. ½ cup vanilla protein powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a blender place all the ingredients and blend until smooth
  • Pour in a glass and serve
