Egg crepes

INGREDIENTS

  1. 5 eggs
  2. 5 oz. cream cheese
  3. 1 tsp cinnamon
  4. 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
  5. butter

FILLING

  1. 7 tablespoons butter
  2. ½ cup sugar substitute
  3. 1 tablespoon cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Blend all of the crepe ingredients until smooth
  • Pour batter into the pan and cook 1-2 minutes per side
  • Remove and pour mixture over the crepes
  • For crepes mixture mix cinnamon and sweetener in a bowl
  • Serve when ready
