INGREDIENTS
- 5 eggs
- 5 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
- butter
FILLING
- 7 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend all of the crepe ingredients until smooth
- Pour batter into the pan and cook 1-2 minutes per side
- Remove and pour mixture over the crepes
- For crepes mixture mix cinnamon and sweetener in a bowl
- Serve when ready
