Keto breakfast muffins

INGREDIENT

  1. 3 tablespoons plain Keto& Hot breakfast cereal
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  4. 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  5. 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  6. 2 tablespoons Erythritol
  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  8. 1 tsp baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 325 F
  • In a bowl mix Plain keto & Hot breakfast cereal, add coconut oil and mix well
  • Add the rest of ingredients and mix
  • Pour batter into 6-8 cupcakes and bake for 15-18 minutes
  • Remove and serve
