INGREDIENTS
PIZZA CRUST
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon husk powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- salt
- 2 tsp frying oil
TOPPINGS
- 1 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons. Tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl mix all pizza crust ingredients
- Spoon the mixture into a pan, cook for 1 minute per side
- Add cheese, tomato sauce and broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
