Do not disturb other people’s personal information like email ID, passwords, Play Store or App Store credentials without their permission. NOTE: In case of any illegal activities from users, we can block their account permanently.
Ordering at ketoclindia.com is an easy and quick process. You can return or replace all items (products & services) within 7 days of purchase.
Please ensure the following while accepting the orders:
If the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement of that product.
We will not be accepting any return/replacement if the above points are not being followed.
For return, send a snapshot of the outer packaging, Possible order number and images of the product received, with the invoice copy to our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org. Ensure that the product is unused and unbroken. Seal, tags, boxes and other packaging has to be intact.
Return courier has to be arranged by the customer, we do not have the facility to arrange a return pick-up.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product, wrong product or missing units in my order?
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging, order number and images of the product received with the invoice copy to our customer care at email@example.com Once the concern is raised, we will investigate it internally and will revert to you in 24-48 hrs. Once the investigation is over, in case of return, you will have to arrange for the return courier. The following steps will be taken further:
Once the product is received back to us, the quality team checks it and gives an update related to the product condition. The product should be in the same condition as delivered to you.
On receiving a positive response we will contact you; As per your request we will replace or refund you for the order (replacement is subject to availability of the particular product).
In case of negative response, the damaged product cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please Note: As per our Return Policy you need to raise concern within 7 days along with proper product images, unboxing videos and other required information.
What should I do when I receive a courier that has damaged the product/item?
Do not accept the product/item from the courier. Kindly take images (or videos) of the same and share with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It will help us raise the concern with the respective courier partner. Please Note: In case of this uncertainty, we will create a new order (same product) and will dispatch it to you immediately.
Is there a category (or product) specific policy for returns?
Products should be returned in original packaging and sealed in. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, like/dislike of flavour, flavour difference from one brand to other etc; the products will not be applicable for return. Please consult with a doctor before buying the product.
If a user has made a payment to Keto Club India regarding product purchase, after you have placed the order, it can be cancelled before it is dispatched. In case you request for a refund, it will be processed through the same mode of transfer within 7 – 10 working days.
If a user has made a payment to Keto Club India regarding a consultation/membership plan or has enrolled themselves as a client and had received the forms, then once payment is made a user is not eligible for refund. A user can either choose to pause the consultation/membership plan for a maximum of 30 days or transfer the remaining period to their friend or family for the consultation/membership plan at a transfer charge of INR 749+GST.
The Keto Club India team is not responsible for transferring the consultation/membership plan to any of Keto Club India’s new or existing clients.
